It’s always a struggle to get your hands on good and bad examples of corporate social media type things when in deck mode. This iMedia article has them both including the Wal Mart debacle and the PSP fake blog cock up. As an addendum to that one, apparently they thought the only reason it didn’t work was because they tried too hard to make it sound cool with lots of yoof phrases. Yeah, that and the fact they made it up. And it was shit.
